Customer Satisfaction is the motto of Aarbin Project team. On conclusion of an agreement/association for a particular project, a Project Task-force will be set-up to design & deliver the project on schedule as per Client needs. The project team/task-force will work towards the accomplishment of project objectives set by Client & the management on a continuous basis. Each project will be managed by a designated Project Manager (PM)/Project Engineer (PE). PM/PE will be the external co-ordinator with Clients, Vendors, and Process Licensors etc. for technical & other project matters. The team will closely associate and cooperate with Client on the technical matters, leading to successful accomplishment of the project objectives.
 
Client will be advised of the project coordination procedure on start of the project, based on specific need & complexity of the projects. A detail schedule of deliverable shall be issued to client to ensure the scope & objective of the project. There shall be regular pre-scheduled progress review meetings with each relevant discipline to assess the project against the original programme to identify hold-ups, critical issues, any delays and to take corrective actions to meet Client objectives. The team will take a pro-active approach in identifying hold-ups & solving them. The team will advise Client of better ways to manage technical issues & propose new ideas in implementing the Project as applicable.
Regular Progress reports will be issued to client based on pre-scheduled programme until the project close-out.
